FSX Flights - Pittsburgh to JFK to Boston; San Diego to Phoenix; Dulles to Quebec

I wanted to do a multi leg flight because it would be more like a real schedule.  Although I picked destinations close to each other it was still interesting.  Flight from Pittsburgh to JFK turned out to be a little adventure with the rain and the ATC decided to bring me in on Rwy 13L from the west. Southwest 737-700.

Altitude: 18000 - 24000ft
Speed: 320kts
Distance: 511 miles
Flight time: 1hr 52 min
Landing: KJFK Rwy 13L ILS Approach, Boston Logan Rwy 4L Visual Approach

Approach at JFK was harrowing.  Especially when all of sudden Manhattan sky scrapers appear through the clouds.  Dumb ATC did factor in the altitude over Manhattan.  Oh well still made a very nice landing in poor weather conditions.   Logan was a nice visual approach.   Bounced the landing at bit but a decent landing.

A bit nerve racking...

Nice quiet landing...

Then again it was kind of a crappy landing.

Flight from San Diego to Phoenix was conducted around dusk using the MD-81.  An older plane but fun to fly.

Altitude: 19,000ft
Speed: 300kts
Distance: 299 miles
Flight time: 1hr 6 min
Landing: Rwy 26 Visual Approach

Landing was ok.  Did bounce a little maybe due to the speed coming in.  Also landed a tad bit down the runway which was ok because 26 is really long.

Nice terminal view

And lastly a flight from Dulles near DC to Quebec using the Air Canada Embraer Regional Jet 190.  Small aircraft but usually fun to fly.  Clear skies the whole way.

Altitude: 16000ft
Speed: 320kts
Distance: 648 miles
Flight time: 1hr 48min
Landing: Rwy 24 Visual Approach

Landing was good although touched down a bit left of center.  But considering the wind was up over 20kts across the runway it turned out well.

Quebec minus the snow
